I remember Jeff well. He was two years behind me in the Avian Sciences program. I came darned near being his assistant in the Goshawk study and regretted that I didn't do it ever since. I remembered that the position paid really well. When I mentioned that to him he said that he wanted to support those who worked for him at the highest possible level. I was so impressed by that.
He was a great guy and still lives in my mind.
